CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect our time and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking: * No cancellations or rescheduling are permitted within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. * Any appointment canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service booked. * Failure to show up for your appointment may also result in a 50% charge. * By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. Late Arrival Policy: We understand that things come up! A 9-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Arrivals of 10 minutes past the scheduled time will incur a $20 late fee. If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled; please make sure to contact your service provider. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us stay on schedule!
