CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect our time and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking: * No cancellations or rescheduling are permitted within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. * Any appointment canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service booked. * Failure to show up for your appointment may also result in a 50% charge. * By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. Late Arrival Policy: We understand that things come up! A 9-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 9 minutes late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Arrivals of 10 minutes past the scheduled time will incur a $20 late fee. If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled; please make sure to contact your service provider. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us stay on schedule!
